ATTENTION: All of our services require preparation time to properly prepare the room for your treatment. Preparations may include the use of products. Due to the timing, cost of preparations, and to hold the room in anticipation of your visit, we kindly ask for the following considerations when booking and canceling an appointment.
Scheduling Your Appointment
To ensure that you receive the time and day you desire, we recommend you schedule your next appointment before leaving the Spa. Spa packages are best if booked 4-6 weeks in advance.
Unable to Keep Your Appointment?
We respectfully request a 24-hour cancellation notice. Less notice will result in a 50% service charge. Missed appointments are charged in full.
Our scheduling permits the correct amount of time to complete your service. Please arrive 10 minutes ahead of your appointment time in order to relax and unwind. Service times may be shortened to accommodate late arrivals. However, in some cases it may be necessary to reschedule services.
Gratuities are not included in any of our service or gift certificate pricing. We are pleased to assist you with providing for gratuities if desired.
We will give you a complimentary call reminder prior to your appointment.
A 25% deposit for services not purchased on gift certificates are required and can be placed on MasterCard, Visa, PayPal, Venmo, or Zelle
